Citi PAMUN Seminar targets on current undergraduate students, graduate students who are passionate in the discussion of international affairs and expecting to have a broader view of the international world.
Participants are not limited to Citi PAMUN 2015 delegates, we welcome all students interested in the event and are willing to share ideas with others.

What is Citi PAMUN Seminar?
As the leading conference of its kind in Taiwan and in Asia, Citi PAMUN is devoted to providing delegates with the best MUN experience possible. This year, we initiated Citi PAMUN Seminar, wishing to provide delegates with a more comprehensive MUN journey. By inviting professional speakers in various fields to share their knowledges and perspectives with young talents, delegates can have deeper insights into varies industries and the international prospectives from the stories speakers shared.
Besides keynote speeches, the seminar also includes Academic Training Workshop in the afternoon for those who are expecting to sharpen their skills for the conference. The afternoon session is consisted of two parts. The first part will be Rules of Procedure Workshop. The workshop will provide a basic introduction of ROP and a mock conference. The second part is Committee Time, which will be held by each committee’s dais team to introduce both topics and provide suggestions for further research. There will also be a Q&A session to answer questions that delegates has encountered during the preparation process of the conference. We strongly encourage first-time MUNers to participate in this event to have a clearer understanding of the conference. Experienced MUNers are also welcomed to join us to meet your dais team and fellow delegates beforehand.

Topic: How to excel in professional career
SUSAN Y. LIN
MANAGING DIRECTOR/REGIONAL HEAD OF YIELD BOOK AND FIXED INCOME INDICES, CITI BANK
Susan Y. Lin is Managing Director and Regional Head at Citi in The Yield Book and Citi Fixed Income Indices businesses in Asia. This group develops and sells analytical technology and has responsibility for the family of fixed income indices. For the past 20 years, she has been one of the chief architects of the Yield Book software products. For the past 10 years, she has also been managing the expansion of The Yield Book and Citi Fixed Income Indices business throughout Asia. She joined the the firm in New York in 1991 and continued her tenure in Asia from 2003 onward.
Ms. Lin has developed several major features in The Yield Book, including Portfolio Optimization, Asset Liability Management, and Portfolio Index Tracking. Her current responsibilities include the development of indices and new applications to expand the Yield Book product line. As part of the global expansion plan for the group, she began to manage a new team in Taiwan in August of 2009.
Ms. Lin received a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research in 1990 and a M.S. in Operations Research from University of California, Berkeley in 1991.

WINIFRED DENTE
HEAD OF HUMAN RESOURCES, CITI BANK TAIWAN
Winifred was appointed Head of Human Resources, Citibank Taiwan on February 2014, prior to this role, she was the Head of Human Resources for Markets & Research, Asia Pacific, based in Singapore.
She has responsibility in the full spectrum of Human Resources Services across the Taiwan franchise.
Winifred has been with Citibank for more than 25 years, she started her career with Citi having worked in Asset Based Finance, Risk Asset Review, Credit Supervision prior to joining Human Resources as mobility manager in 2000 and became Head of Mobility shortly after two years. In 2004, she was appointed as Singapore Country Management Associate Program Manager and Human Resources Generalist for Emerging Markets Sales & Trading (EMST) Asia; became full time HR Generalist for EMST Asia one year after. In 2007, she became the senior HR Generalist supporting Fixed Income, Currencies and Commodities (FICC); FICC merged with Equities to form the current Markets organization.
Winifred is born in Singapore, married to an Italian aristocrat and former Ambassador. In her free time, she enjoys reading, listening to classical music, cooking and handicraft.
Winifred is also passionate about counseling unwed mothers and spending time with children with cancer.
