Delegate Registration
Every delegate, whether part of a school delegation or a double delegation, is required to fill out every section on the the PAMUN 2014 Delegate Registration Form. Delegates who wish to be part of a double delegation must find his or her partner before registering for the conference.
School Delegations
School Delegations are meant to facilitate important conference communications with overseas delegates. The Head Delegate is responsible for completing the School Delegation Form. Each member of a School Delegation still needs to individually register on the Delegate Registration Form. Please see School Delegation Info for more information regarding School Delegations.
Committee Preferences
During the registration process, each applicant will have the chance to list his or her committee preferences. The seven committees for PAMUN this year have regulations regarding single and double delegations, so please keep this in mind while deciding your preferences. The registration form will also ask questions regarding past Model UN experience and motivations regarding committee or country preference. These will be taken into consideration when the Academics team assigns countries and committees to delegates. Please see Committees for more details regarding the regulations on committees.
Payment and Refunds
PAMUN 2014 provides several different approaches on payment: ATM transfer, and Online Credit Card. Payment is required to be completed within 5 days of submitting our registration form. Please see Payment Information for more details regarding Payment. Our refund policy can be found in our Conference Policies section.
Hotel Information
This year, Pan Asia MUN 2014 will be implementing a Hotel Booking Service for early registration and part of the regular registration applicants. Applicants who wish to book hotels through PAMUN can take advantage of our online reservation form and payment system. Please see Accommodation for the details on PAMUN Hotel Sponsors and Hotel Booking Plans.
Other Registration Requirements
Delegates who are interested in applying for USNSC or SCO上海合作組織 must complete the required essay before completing the registration form and attach the file (File name format: passport full name_committee.docx) to the registration form. Please limit your response to 300 words. All delegates are also required to read through our Conference Policies, and agree to abide by them in the registration form. Due to the system, the registration process is limited to 45 minutes in order to reserve one’s ticket, an applicant should submit all the required information in the duration.
Committee Essay Topics
One delegate may only apply for one application committee, either USNSC or SCO上海合作組織. Please be sure to complete the required essay before filling out the registration form.
